Yes, quilts made using a Briars House pattern can be sold on a small individual basis. Briars House and the pattern must be credited. Quilt patterns may not be resold.

Typically, I do not prewash my fabric, although it is many quilters' preference to do so. If you do prewash your fabric, it is always recommended that you consider purchasing extra fabric when making a Briars House pattern to account for shrinkage.
